Wat is het verschil tussen "Infusion" thee en andere theeën?

Thee is afkomstig van de theeplant, Camelia sinensis. Naargelang het oxidatieprocces krijg je groene thee, zwarte thee, … ieders met zijn eigen smaakkenmerken. Wat er dan zo anders is aan de infuusion thee? Deze is niet op basis van de theeplant, hier zit dus geen “echte” thee in, maar andere zaken zoals gedroogd fruit en kruiden.
